The room here was a good size and had a private bathroom, plus the bed was super comfy! 😊

I was happy with hotel's stunning location on the lake. The room I stayed in was new-fashioned with a great view. Crockery and cutlery were available. Liked this excellent stay for 2 nights.

The cottage is comfortable, clean and spacious.

Major works around the complex causing noise and dust nuisance (we received discount coupons as compensation) . Some equipment (fitness room,..) reserved for adults. Even large accompanied teenagers do not have access to them... Flow Rider in revision... Even if the cottage was clean, the terraces were very dirty (cigarette butts, dust, paper, cobwebs,...).

A clean and nice house at an affordable price. Nice neighborhood and friendly staff. Available pool and gym. Spa treatments for an extra charge.

On the first day after the arrival, it turned out that no one prepared the jacuzzi (we found out later from the staff that it should be ready for our arrival). On the second day after checking the temperature it was still not ready for use. On the third day we reported three times that something is wrong (temperature should increase 3°C per hour), but nobody came to fix it. As it turned out later, the person responsible for the jacuzzi had to come home afternoon. However, we realized this in the morning when we reported the fault 2 times we were ignored (Jacuzzi was the reason why we rented this house). As compensation, we were offered dinner (pizza) and a drink.

The property is clean. the staff is super friendly and really polite, particularly the more senior member of staff. - the location is good, especially for me. - the hotel is fully equipped. - It is located 15 km from Newquay airport.

Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool after 7pm. The inflatable water games are overexploited. More than 60 people per session (1h). Everybody walks on it. We left after 10 minutes. Zero fun.

The place was clean and relaxing. Had outstandingly accommodating and really polite staff. - Overall, it was great-sized and newly remodelled for a deep clean. - the location was good and absolutely perfect for a weekend in Padstow.

The luxury apartment was newly remodeled and reasonably spacious, offering great value for money with a balcony and a comfortable sofa.

A convenient base for a long weekend. Brilliant and warm units with the bedroom, a comfortable bed, for instance. - Pleasant staff. - Good restaurant and fabulous meal.

This place has recently been refurbished and features a hot tub, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
